Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 Oct 2025

1. Who we are

CryptoCanvas ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@cryptocanvas.tv.

2. What we provide

A TV dashboard controlled by a companion mobile web app (PWA), with an optional Telegram mini app (the "Service"). Features may change or be discontinued.

3. Account & sign-in

Sign in via Google or X (Twitter) in the PWA, or via Telegram in the mini app. Pairing links your account to a TV device. You're responsible for your account, linked identities, and paired devices; keep credentials/tokens secure.

4. Content, data sources & accuracy

We display market data, indicators, and news from third-party sources/APIs on a display-only basis. Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, interrupted, or removed. We don't verify all data and don't guarantee accuracy, timeliness, availability, or suitability.

5. No investment advice & risks

All content is informational only and not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Crypto assets are volatile—do your own research and consult a qualified advisor.

6. Acceptable use

No unlawful use, scraping/data mining or non-display reuse, bulk exporting, reverse engineering, interference, or infringement. Don't access non-public areas or misuse APIs.

7. Intellectual property

We (and licensors) own the Service, software, and branding. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. No commercial use, copying, or derivative works without permission.

8. Third-party services & links

Sign-in and some features rely on third parties (e.g., Google, X/Twitter, Telegram, data providers). Their terms and privacy policies apply; we aren't responsible for them.

9. Termination

We may suspend or end access for violations, abuse, security risks, or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service anytime and request account deletion via in-app controls (where available) or hello@cryptocanvas.tv.

10. Disclaimers & liability

We provide the Service 'as is'—no warranties of accuracy, merchantability, suitability for your intended use, non-infringement, or continuous availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. We don't exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including fraud, gross negligence, or death/personal injury).

11. Changes

We may update these terms; we'll post changes here and update the date. Continued use means you accept the updates.

12. Governing law & venue (location-neutral)

These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer protections. Where permitted by law, disputes may be brought in the courts of your place of residence.
